FemmeAcessory ships to all European Union countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, and other European destinations serviced by our logistics partners. Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination country and region.
2. Order Processing
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During promotional periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or other peak sales events, processing times may be extended.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs
FemmeAcessory offers:

For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failure to receive the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If you receive a damaged item or experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
To help us investigate the matter promptly, please provide photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Where appropriate, FemmeAcessory may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
